I am using colors for my wedding that are very hard to find! Can you custom make pieces to match my colors?

In one word, yes!  This is our specialty. Check out the Custom Bridal page for more details.


I have a pretty good idea of exactly what I want, can you custom make a piece for me?

I would like to incorporate special elements, like vintage jewelry, into my piece. Can this be done?

What types and styles of attachments do you have? Can you change the attachment style of my piece?

Lots! Metal headbands, metal wire combs, metal hairpins, metal bobby pins, ribbon headbands, magnetic brooch backings, pin brooch backings, etc. And we NEVER use plastic attachments, plastic just doesn't last long enough. We can change the attachment styles for most items we have. Not sure which is best for you? Feel free to contact us.


How do I attach my drop veil with U-pins (fringe pins)?

Start by placing two or more regular bobby pins securely in your hair going opposite directions. This will be the base for your U-pins to hold.

After two or more bobby pins are placed, position the veil over your hair and face the way you wish to wear it.

Using the U-shape pins, pin downward through the single layer of veiling and underneath the bobby pins.

Place 2 or 3 U-shape pins as needed. If placing into an updo use longer U-pins, otherwise use shorter pins. The ends of the U-pins can be pinned down with additional bobby pins. 

Are your earrings available in sterling silver?

Most earrings have the option of being made using sterling silver earwires or ear hooks. Those earrings will have that as an option on the product page, and the price will adjust accordingly. If there is a pair you want that doesn't already have sterling silver as an option please contact me!


Do you ship internationally?

Of course, we don't want to leave anyone out! For more information about international shipping please see our policies page. 


If I choose USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day shipping does that mean my item will be here in 3 days?

The shipping time frame of 2-3 days is in addition to the time it takes to process your order. Because all of our items are handcrafted processing varies from item to item, take a look at Order Processing  on the policies page for more information.


What should I do if I have a deadline and my adornments must ABSOLUTELY be here by a certain day?

The first thing you should do is contact me. All of the items here are handmade so some might be ready to ship and others made to order, that means item production will be a factor. Also, we recommend choosing Express Mail shipping in a situation like this because only USPS Express Mail has a money back guarantee to be delivered on time. So if shipping is going to cut it close to your deadline this is the fastest and most reliable way to get it to.


Do you offer overnight and rush shipping?

Sure do! We offer USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail both domestically and internationally. If you're in the US and your purchase is over $20 you'll get Priority Shipping (2-3 days) for just $6! If you need something faster than that in the US or if you're outside the US check our policies page for more details on overnight and rush shipping.

How can I check the status of my order? 

When you complete your purchase using PayPal an email is automatically sent when your order ships! It will include your Track and Confirm number. If you created a password after checkout on you can log in using your email and password.

What if I change my mind, and want to return my order?

Due to the handmade, made to order and custom made nature of my items I can not accept returns. Please be sure you are in love with your items and that if you have any concerns you contact me prior to placing your order. I send out only the best product, but in the unlikely case of defect I will accept exchanges, of unused/ unworn items only. For more information please see the Refunds and Exchanges section of the policies page.


What if my items are damaged during shipping?

We take such great care in ensuring your adornments arrive perfectly intact that your items will be packaged both inside protective gift packaging, as well as protective shipping packaging! If in spite of this your items arrive damaged, please contact me.
